Slow down and explore your creativity this winter with a new series: Slow Craft Mondays at Seed Lab. At this first event, attendees will embark on a “speed dating” journey through the crafts featured in the upcoming series. Hosted by the Anchorage Spinners and Weavers Guild, each station—presented by a Guild member—will showcase a variety of techniques, including loom weaving, tablet weaving, Dorset button making, macrame, sprang, felting, spinning, knitting and more.
Doors open at 6 p.m.; Session runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Free. Registration recommended but not required.
This event is part of a Slow Craft Session series, to take place the first Mondays of the month. Join us to explore creative practices and connect with the local crafters, build community and find a new spark.
